Today’s work started with a full-site safety and readiness routine, including:

This approach helps us avoid the most common post-holiday risks, such as unstable process conditions, unexpected wear points, and quality fluctuations during the first week of operation.
Production Plans for the New Year
After Chinese New Year, most global customers resume operations quickly. Many foundries and industrial plants schedule fresh production runs, new trials, and material evaluations at this time. As a materials supplier, we recognize that stable delivery after the holiday can directly affect customers’ production continuity.
For the coming weeks, our operational priorities include:
1) Stable output and predictable delivery
We are re-confirming production and shipment schedules, ensuring smooth coordination from manufacturing to packaging and outbound logistics.
2) Quality consistency as the first KPI
After long holidays, any manufacturer can face variability if restart is not controlled carefully. This is why we emphasize batch stability, consistent grading, and traceable inspection routines as the first KPI of the year.
3) Technical support for customer trials and process optimization
Many foundries run new trials and improvements in Q1. Our team is ready to provide technical support such as:

Many customers do not simply want a supplier; they want a partner who understands their process challenges and can support long-term improvements. We will continue building technical documentation and solutions that help customers reduce scrap, improve surface quality, and stabilize production.
